| The
Advanced Piercing Workshop is a 5-day intensive course
available to piercers with a minimum of 18 months verifiable
piercing experience. The course will provide a basic framework
of comprehensive information regarding "advanced"
or "unusual" piercings, such as genitalia, surface
piercings, large gauge piercings, etc. Modern aftercare
theory and application, as well as relevant anatomy are
reviewed. Infection control, equipment management, and
documentation are also addressed. This workshop is conducted
through interactive lecture, question and answer sessions
and various printed study materials, Any special interests
or inquiries that a student may wish to discuss will be
addressed as time permits. The first two days of the workshop
will be approximately eight to ten hours in length and
the third and final day will be approximately four house
in length. |
