The Bloodborne Pathogens course is by far the most comprehensive industry-specific Bloodborne Pathogens training program available for the body modification industry. This in-depth 6-hour course covers both regulations and training requirements of the OSHA Bloodborne Pathogens Standard (29 CFR 1910.1030), and is unique in that it is taught and applied specifically to the body modification industry. Topics covered include the revised federal needle safety guidelines, revised Hepatitis B vaccination requirements, requirements of OSHA's mandated Exposure Control Plan, record keeping requirements, and the latest interpretations covering topics as they relate to traditional tattooing, cosmetic tattooing and body piercing.
