Principles of Infection Control is a 6-hour course which
focuses on the application of a comprehensive Infection
Control Program developed specifically for the body modification
industry. The written elements of bloodborne pathogens,
medical and surgical aseptic technique, and the principles
of sterilization are covered in-depth. This course will
also assist in developing effective written policies and
procedures, and the development and implementation of
OSHA's mandated Exposure Control Plan. This course can
be combined back-to-back with the Bloodborne Pathogens
course for an extensive two-day course or taught independently. |
